Cancellation Policy


We’re sorry you had to miss your appointment with us..

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients on our pending list miss the opportunity to receive services. No show appointments will be under our cancellation policy.

If you opted into our text and email subscriptions, you will receive reminders in such format. Otherwise, our Guest Services will call and confirm your appointments two business days prior to your scheduled date. If we are not able to reach out, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments, and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and no-show fee.

All color appointments require a valid credit card on file to schedule. Failure in credit card authorization will lead to a hold on your file with us, resulting in no future appointments until balance is paid.

Cancelling within 48 hours, or no-showing
The reserved appointment will result in

50% of scheduled service charged.
